As a Senior UX Designer, I prioritize data ethics and transparency. This document is designed to inform you of your rights and the measures I take to ensure your data is handled with the highest standard of care, regardless of where you are located.
2. Information We Collect
I collect only the information necessary to provide high-quality design strategy and consulting services. This data falls into three categories:
- Personal Identifiers: This includes your name, email address, professional title, and company name provided through contact forms or during service onboarding.
- Technical and Usage Data: When you visit the website, certain technical data is automatically logged by the infrastructure (running PHP 8.3 on cPanel managed servers). This includes your IP address, browser type, device information, and time-stamped logs of server requests.
- Behavioral and Research Data: If you participate in UX Research sessions (such as usability audits or interviews), I may collect recordings, transcripts, and observational notes. Following ethical research standards: these data points are anonymized whenever possible and are used solely to improve the user experience of the product under study.
3. How We Use Information
The information I collect is used for the following strategic purposes:
- Service Delivery: To execute UX Strategy, perform UX Audits, and manage project communications.
- Workflow Automation: I utilize n8n to manage internal automation workflows. This ensures that your inquiries and project data are processed efficiently and securely.
- Design Improvement: Technical data and cookies are used to analyze how users interact with my website, allowing me to make data-driven design decisions that reduce friction and improve site performance.
- Communication: To provide updates on project milestones or respond to inquiries initiated by you.
4. Information Sharing and Sub-processors
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with essential sub-processors required for business operations, including:
- Infrastructure Providers: Hosting and server management services where the website and databases reside.
- Automation and Management Tools: Platforms like n8n and CRM systems used to manage project logic and communication.
- Legal Requirements: Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of the Consultant or others.

My website uses analytical cookies to understand user behavior. These small text files help identify repeat visitors and track which pages are most effective.
You have the right to opt-out of tracking. You can modify your browser settings to refuse cookies or use “Do Not Track” signals. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain interactive elements on the site.
6. Data Security
I implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information. This includes the use of SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted via the website. Furthermore, server-side protections are maintained to prevent unauthorized access to the PHP 8.3 environment and associated databases.
7. International Data Transfers
My consultancy is based in Mexico City, but I serve a global client base, primarily in the United States. By using my services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in Mexico or stored on cloud servers located in the United States. I ensure that all service providers meet international standards for data protection and security.
8. Data Retention
I retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by professional record-keeping obligations and legal statutes.
